1. Acceptance of the User Agreement

   This document constitutes a legally binding user agreement between you ("User," "you") and Gay Daddy Hub ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other community rules published on the platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

   Age Verification: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account and use Gay Daddy Hub. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

   Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

   Our community is built on mutual respect. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

   • Harassment & Bullying: Any form of harassment, stalking, intimidation, or bullying of other members.
   • Hate Speech & Discrimination: Content that promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any individual or group, especially based on sexual orientation, gender identity, race, religion, or disability.
   • Illegal Activities: Solicitation, promotion, or engagement in any illegal services or activities, including but not limited to prostitution, human trafficking, or the sale of illicit substances.
   • Exploitation & Explicit Content: Posting sexually explicit material, content that exploits minors, or any form of non-consensual content is forbidden.
   • Impersonation & Misrepresentation: Creating fake profiles, impersonating others, or misrepresenting your identity, age, or intentions.

4. Membership, Subscriptions, and Payments

   Membership Types: We offer various membership tiers with different features and pricing. The specifics of each plan are detailed on our subscription page.

   Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, annually). You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for these recurring fees.

   Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued.

   Refund Policy: All payments are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.

5. Content Moderation and Enforcement

   We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and review all content posted on our platform. We may remove any content that violates these terms of service, without prior notice.

   Consequences for Violations: Violations of our community rules may result in actions including, but not limited to, a formal warning, temporary suspension of your account, or permanent termination of your account and a ban from our services, at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

   Our Content: All materials on the Gay Daddy Hub platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, are the property of Gay Daddy Hub or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

   Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you post. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with providing our services.

7. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

   Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration association, rather than in court. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

   Our service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not conduct criminal background checks on our users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members.

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gay Daddy Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Special Provisions for LGBTQ+ Safety

   We are committed to creating a safe and affirming space for the gay and broader LGBTQ+ community. We have a zero-tolerance policy for homophobia, transphobia, and any form of discrimination targeting LGBTQ+ individuals. Reports of such behavior will be investigated with high priority.

10. Amendments to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and/or by sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
